Join us for the 2024 TOBY Awards Gala.
We will also celebrate our Member Awards winners and install our 2025 BOMA Orlando Officers and Directors.
Registration open until 3 pm Friday, November 22 or until capacity is reached.
Similar to years' past, we anticipate this event will sell out, so purchase your tickets early.
Self parking is FREE.
TOBY registration cancellations are permitted until 3 pm Friday, November 22. Cancellations received after that deadline will not be refunded due to food & beverage guarantees submitted.
Substitutions will be accepted until 3 pm Monday, December 2.

Need a hotel room that evening?
We have a small block of rooms at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld; a special room rate is available to BOMA Orlando members for the evening of Friday, December 6: $169 for a two queen/one king room. (Discounted rate also available for Thursday and/or Saturday evening.)
Reservations must be made by Friday, November 22. Afterwards, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis at the hotel's prevailing rate. The $169/night rate does not include a reduced resort fee of $30/night nor taxes.
