Guest Speakers: Mary Lue Peck and Luci Smith

Mary Lue Peck, President and COO, BOMA International

Mary Lue Peck is a visionary leader with extensive experience in driving strategic innovation and organizational growth. As President and COO of BOMA International, she plays a pivotal role in guiding the association’s strategy, fostering innovation, and enhancing member value. Mary Lue oversees staff divisions, directs key programs, and is an ambassador, forging vital relationships with stakeholders and partners.

Previously, she served as President and CEO of the National Speakers Association, where she implemented a transformative strategic plan, expanded the association’s offerings, and championed diversity and inclusion initiatives. Her leadership positioned NSA as a leader in professional speaking.

Before NSA, Mary Lue was Chief Content and Engagement Officer at the Institute for Supply Management, where she revitalized programs, launched a new membership model, and boosted engagement with emerging professionals.

Mary Lue’s career reflects her dedication to innovation, strategic growth, and fostering organizational success in professional associations.

Luci Smith, RPA, FMA, BOMA Fellow

Luci Smith, RPA, FMA, is a BOMA Fellow currently leading Property Management in Florida for Link Logistics, the largest U.S.-only industrial property owner. An active BOMA member since 2005, Ms. Smith now holds the position of Vice Chair of BOMA International, with her inauguration as Chair taking place at the 2025 Annual Conference.

Her extensive leadership roles at BOMA International include serving on the Executive Committee as a Director for four years and chairing several committees, such as the Industrial Committee, BOMA 360 Performance Council, the Daniel J. Chancey Leadership Academy, and the Workforce Development Committee. Luci will be the third woman to serve as Chair and CEO in BOMA International's nearly 120-year history, following Brenna Walraven and Shelby Christensen.

Luci is also a past president of BOMA Orlando and has been active at the local level for two decades.
