Join Terri Walther of Parmenter who will lead us through a TOBY Masterclass - Best Practices and Common Missteps.

This class was offered at the BOMA International annual meeting and was very well received.

We will review items that could present the greatest challenges, lead to misunderstandings, or are often missed by applicants. We will include examples of unique best practices.
