PRIVACY POLICY:
BOMA Orlando is firmly committed to protecting the privacy of its members and guests. We will not share, sell, or otherwise distribute the financial or personal information of those who use our site to any other organization in any way other than what is disclosed in this document.

All financial and personal information collected by, and on behalf of BOMA Orlando is held in the strictest confidentiality. Any information, such as an email address, billing and shipping addresses, and other contact information, submitted to us remains the sole property of the BOMA Orlando. If you decide you do not want to be contacted via e-mail by BOMA Orlando, please call our office 407-380-3320. By filling out an application for membership and once you become a member you understand that by providing your email address, mailing address, telephone number, and fax number, you consent to receive communications by or on behalf of BOMA Orlando and BOMA International via regular mail, email, telephone and/or fax. Also, your information will be included in the online password-protected membership directory.

When a payment is made via the Internet with a credit card, BOMA Orlando uses a third-party commerce service to verify credit card details. This company is sent the total price of the payment, the card number and expiration date, and the cardholder’s name and billing address. All information transmitted to this third party is sent using to secure servers and encrypted. Encryption further ensures the privacy and security of all our customers. This information is used only to verify the account and clear the transaction. BOMA Orlando does not keep any members' credit card information on site.

All transactions must be in US Dollars.

CANCELLATIONS:
Refunds will be granted as stated on the invitation or event notice. No refunds will be granted after the stated time on the invitation or reservation policy. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

PRICING:
Prices will be posted on a per-event basis.

BOMA Orlando tries to treat its members and guests as each one of us would like to be treated. We value our privacy and we value yours, too. It is our goal to make your experience with www.bomaorlando.org a safe and positive one.

MEMBERSHIP and POLICIES:

All By-Laws, policies, and procedures created and abided by BOMA are intended to maintain our commitment to the mission statement adopted by our association which states: BOMA Orlando exists for professional and educational purposes for the advancement of the real estate owner and manager in the Central Florida area. These Bylaws, policies, and procedures are enacted to also maintain the quality, effectiveness, and professionalism of the association overall. They are not intended to serve a special segment of the association nor are they intended for any member’s personal agenda.

“The Association complies with all laws and any potential violations of state or federal antitrust laws and will not be tolerated in meetings or discussions”.
